Some bad news, folks, as the amazing Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock is going to be delisted on all platforms on November 15.

If you want it put simpler, you won’t be able to buy the game or any of its DLC after November 15, so if you want a chance to play this amazing strategy game, now is the time to do it. It’s on Steam for £33, the PS Store for £25 and Xbox for £24. I’m hopeful that publisher Slitherine might put the game on sale to celebrate it’s final days.

“We’re incredibly grateful for all the players who have supported Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock over the years,” said Slitherine on their website. “Your passion, feedback, and dedication have helped shape the game and keep the fleet alive in the hearts of our community.”

Developer Black Lab Games hasn’t posted anything about the delisting of its game yet.

Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock launched back in 2017 and was met with good reviews and public reception. I loved the game, handing it an easy recommendation. Numerous DLC packs were also released.

Right now, SteamDB shows that the game still brings in a few hundred concurrent players every day, something it has been doing since it nearly broke its all-time peak concurrent record back in July of this year, when it got over 2,000 concurrents thanks to a free-to-keep promotion.

The publisher hasn’t listed any official reason for the game being delisted, but the likely culprit is some sort of licensing issue. It’s sad, because the game is amazing.

In other words, go play it, for frack sake!
